Montelukast, Fexofenadine & Acebrophylline (SR) Tablets

3. Acebrophylline (SR): Acebrophylline is a bronchodilator and mucolytic agent. Its primary use is in the management of respiratory conditions such as:
   • Asthma: Acebrophylline is used to improve lung function and relieve symptoms in patients with bronchial asthma.
   • Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD): It may be prescribed to individuals with COPD to help open airways and reduce cough and breathlessness.
   • Chronic Bronchitis: Acebrophylline can also be used in chronic bronchitis, a condition characterized by inflammation of the airways.

The combination of Montelukast, Fexofenadine, and Acebrophylline (SR) in a single tablet may be prescribed for specific cases where a patient has both allergic symptoms (such as rhinitis) and a respiratory condition (such as asthma or COPD) that require management.
